Can I order same-day flower delivery?

Yes. If you place your order before 1pm , we can arrange the delivery on the same day between 3-7pm.

Can I call or WhatsApp to order flowers?

Yes, we can process your order over the phone or via WhatsApp. We accept payment method such as bank transfer, FPS, and PayMe for WhatsApp orders.

Can I change my order delivery details after checkout?

Yes. Please contact us to make your order changes at least 2 working days before the scheduled delivery date.

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

You should receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes after placing your order. You can also check your junk/spam email folder to make sure the confirmation email is not identified as a spam email. Please contact us if you still don’t see our email confirmation.

How do I know my flower order is delivered?

After your flower order is delivered, you will receive a confirmation email about the order completion on the same day. Please contact us if you wish to check the delivery status of your flowers.

Can I send a greeting card with the bouquet?

Yes, you can write your message with our greeting card while you check out.

Is it safe to pay for my flowers online?

Yes, paying for your orders online is totally safe. We use Stripe Payment to process our online credit card transactions for protecting your payments. Stripe uses best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security. Stripe is strictly audited by PCI-certified auditors. It acquired PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification, the most stringent level of certification in the payment industry.
